The One True Friend

There will come a time in your life when you’d be alone, there would be no one in sight.


All those you thought had your interest in mind will turn their backs against you. You will contemplate many things suicide being the chief of them all.











Depression will set in; day will be as night, you lose yourself, you weep every now and then and there’ll be some days when you’ll think you’re okay but suddenly those tears come rushing out…


You want the world to end. You want to die but I’ve come to show you that friend that sticks closer than your very soul. The friend that loves you more than you love yourself...


His name is the Holy Spirit. See Him in Psalms 139

When You Cannot Trace God

But when you reach out to this higher hand all you feel is, "Nothing".  You are met with silence that is deafening. It seems God is far away in another country.  You think you will never make it out alive because the trouble has overwhelmed you. You have become a write-off and have become a rejected.  You have prayed, cried, hoped, yet, Nothing is the response you get.  You want to give up.
