The Proverb of Labour and Riches

In all labour there is profit,
But mere talk leads only to poverty. Proverbs 14:23 (AMP)

Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom. Proverbs 23:4

Love not sleep, lest thou come to poverty; open thine eyes, and thou shalt be satisfied with bread. Proverbs 20:13

He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man: He that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich. Proverbs 21:17

The desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse to labour. Proverbs 21:25

Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase. Proverbs 13:11

He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. Proverbs 10:4

The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. Proverbs 13:4 

Poverty and shame shall be to him that refuseth instruction: but he that regardeth reproof shall be honoured. Proverbs 13:18 

The Bible is a compendium of wisdom you cannot find anywhere else. The principles, work.

As every product has a purpose, so is every believer. Discovering our purpose should be our priority in life. The purpose of salt, for example, is to add taste. When You Cannot Trace God

But when you reach out to this higher hand all you feel is, "Nothing".  You are met with silence that is deafening. It seems God is far away in another country.  You think you will never make it out alive because the trouble has overwhelmed you. You have become a write-off and have become a rejected.  You have prayed, cried, hoped, yet, Nothing is the response you get.  You want to give up. In situations like this when you cannot trace God, trust Him. Trusting Him at the place where you are right now puts pressure on His integrity.
