For The God Of My Salvation

Listen! It’s the voice of someone shouting,
“Clear the way through the wilderness for the Lord!
Make a straight highway through the wasteland for our God! Isaiah 40:3 (NLT)

I know someone in whom my heart delights. He sits above the circle of the earth and spreads out the heavens like a curtain, times and seasons are in His hands. I call Him, The Big God, The One in whom there's no shadow of turning. To whom can I compare Him? He has no equal. 
Thus, the song I sing is Jehovah!

He sees tomorrow from today and He never needs a means of transportation to be somewhere because He is everywhere. Omnipresent is also His name.

The Architect others learn from. You can see His masterpiece by looking at nature. He is also the Master Planner, Master Designer and The Firm Foundation.

He is the greatest, He is Beauty. The only Good One, The ancient of days. There are roses but He is The Rose of Sharon. The Lily of the Valley. How do I describe my beloved?

He does the impossible. He is the never failing God. He is The Powerful and The Merciful. You can also call Him The Prince of Peace. He gives light without a source because He is The Source.

He never lost a battle and He won't start now. 

He sees me all day long and I can never escape from His presence. He understands all my thoughts, yet no one can measure the depths of His understanding. Every word I will ever say, He knows it altogether.

He is The Deliverer, He is The Sustainer, The Pillar of my life. The Covenant keeping God. He never turns His back on me. The One who is Love. He does more than I can ever ask or think. He knows the script of every being on earth and in the heavens. He is The All Knowing God.

My Banner He is. He became man to save man even though He is not a man. What a privilege to have the God of the universe become man.

He has brought me to his banqueting place,
And his banner over me is love [waving overhead to protect and comfort me].

My indescribable, my Beautiful, my Beloved, my Light, my Salvation, my Everything.

My Victor who goes ahead of me. The one who waits for me; He waits for me truly. The one who knows me even when I don't know Him. The one who loves me even when I don't love Him. The one who leads me by the hand, orders my steps and gives me victory. What a God He is!

The Comforter my soul longs for. My Beloved, The most beautiful. The one who inhabits my praise.

The Supreme, The Excellent, The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit.

When You Cannot Trace God

But when you reach out to this higher hand all you feel is, "Nothing".  You are met with silence that is deafening. It seems God is far away in another country.  You think you will never make it out alive because the trouble has overwhelmed you. You have become a write-off and have become a rejected.  You have prayed, cried, hoped, yet, Nothing is the response you get.  You want to give up.
