How you read it

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV)

The way you read things matter. You can create unnecessary issues for yourself if you read things wrongly. You create problems and heartaches where there is none. The answer may be just in plain sight but because you read wrongly you do not see it.

29 But Jesus replied to them, “You are all wrong because you know neither the Scriptures [which teach the resurrection] nor the power of God [for He is able to raise the dead]
Matt 22:29 (AMP)

Days ago, I totally misunderstood a write-up and almost invented problems where there was none until someone in charge gave me clarity. I felt so stupid but I was thankful the problem I almost created vanished into thin air after clarity came.

7 Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
2 Timothy 2:7

This is how we do most times with God and His word. We see the message and instruction in plain sight yet we misunderstand and become anxious.

As humans that we are, we are bound to make mistakes. But I bring you the goodnews of one who corrects totally, the one who is able to rewrite your story even though you unknowingly misunderstood or even purposefully. He is able to correct and bring clarity truly.

Why not talk to God about the misunderstanding you're dealing with right now...

...and the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 (KJV)
